Corrosion resistance technology: Developed a plasma infiltration plating process to form a 50 μ m thick TiN/Si ∝ N ₄ composite coating on the surface of aluminum alloy, with salt spray corrosion resistance increased to 2000 hours (far exceeding ASTM B117 standard), successfully applied to deep-sea robot linear modules.

2. High temperature stability technology: Research and development of "channel cooling structure design". By processing 0.8mm diameter cooling channels inside the electric cylinder body and filling them with phase change materials, the product can run continuously for 500 hours in a high temperature environment of 150 ℃, with accuracy attenuation ≤ 1.5%.

Anti vibration design: The planetary gear system combines flexible support structures with damping materials to reduce the vibration intensity of the planetary gearbox from 1.8mm/s to 0.7mm/s, meeting the stringent anti vibration requirements of aircraft engine test benches.

 

Collaborative Innovation Ecology of Industry University Research Collaboration.

 

Establish a joint laboratory with Hubei University of Technology to conduct basic research on extreme environmental materials:

 

The "nanocrystalline coated aluminum alloy" developed in collaboration has increased its tensile strength to 480MPa and reduced its thermal expansion coefficient to 2.3 × 10 ⁻⁵/℃. It has been used as a hollow rotating platform for satellite attitude adjustment mechanisms.

The "high-temperature self-lubricating cycloidal gear material" jointly developed has a stable friction coefficient below 0.015 at 300 ℃, breaking through the temperature resistance limit of traditional RV reducers (conventional ≤ 120 ℃). The related results have been published in the Journal of Mechanical Engineering.

A customized cleanroom linear module for a semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Germany has passed ISO Class 4 certification (particle count ≤ 100/m ³ @ 0.5 μ m), using electrolytic polished aluminum alloy (Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m) and oil-free lubrication technology, successfully replacing Japanese competitors and entering their 12 inch wafer production line.

2). The surgical robot hollow rotating platform developed for the American medical equipment giant has passed UL certification, with insulation resistance ≥ 100M Ω, leakage current ≤ 0.5mA, and meets the FDA's strict requirements for biocompatibility (cytotoxicity test O.D. ≤ 0.1), becoming its only precision transmission component supplier in Asia.
