Planetary Gear Cluster adopts a symmetrical distributed design,

usually consisting of 3-6 identical planetary gears, which are mounted on the planet carrier through high-precision planetary pin shafts. Each planetary gear is equipped with double row needle roller bearings or sliding bearings to ensure smooth operation. The planetary carrier is made of high-strength alloy steel and undergoes precision machining and dynamic balancing treatment to control the unbalance within G1.0 level. The entire component adopts a modular design, which is easy to install and maintain.
