RV Cycloidal Reducer,whose full name is Rotary Vector Cycloidal Reducer,is a high-precision and high rigidity precision reduction device based on the combination of Cycloidal Drive and Planetary Gear. RV Cycloidal Reducer is mainly composed of sun gears, planetary gears, ring gears, cycloid gears, needle gears, and eccentric shafts. Among them, the sun gear, planet gear, and ring gear constitute the planetary gear reduction part, and the cycloid gear and needle gear are driven by an eccentric shaft to achieve the cycloid needle gear reduction part.

RV Cycloidal Reducer first drives the sun gear to rotate through the input shaft, and the sun gear drives the planetary gears to perform planetary motion around the ring gear, achieving the first stage of deceleration. The planetary gear is connected to the eccentric shaft, which drives the cycloid gear to perform eccentric motion. The teeth of the cycloid gear mesh with the needle teeth, and due to the fixed needle teeth, the cycloid gear rotates in the opposite direction to the eccentric shaft under the meshing effect. The rotation of the cycloid gear is output through the output mechanism, completing the second stage of deceleration and achieving a larger reduction ratio.
