Linear Modular Actuator is a modular device that integrates drive motors, transmission mechanisms (such as screws/belts), guide rails, and control components, providing both linear execution and precision guidance functions. Linear Modular Actuators, also named as Linear Axis Actuator, Linear Motion Module, Single Axis Linear Actuator, Linear Axis Actuator etc.

 

Compact and standardized structure, supporting flexible assembly and expansion, capable of achieving high-precision linear displacement and force control, widely used in automated production lines, medical equipment, intelligent warehousing and other scenarios, simplifying design processes, and adapting to diverse industrial needs.

 

TallMan Robotics has been a leading factory to produce Linear Modular Actuators, and supplies diverse TM Linear modules such as screw linear modules, belt linear modules, and semi closed and fully closed respectively for different environment application.

 

TM Linear Modular Actuator can run with world famous band motors by 50W,100W,200W/400W /750W/1000W or 42, 57,86 stepper motors or NMEA17, NMEA23, NMEA34 stepping motors in quality aluminum frame system to guarantee precise and speed requirement of various precision and common application projects. You can choose linear modules with brake or without brake.

 

TM Linear modules type TM100 with body with by 100mm have 5 series. They are semi closed screw driven, fully closed screw driven, and semi closed belt driven, fully closed belt driven. These types have strokes from 0 mm to 3500 mm, and payload from 3kg to 80kgs.

Linear Modular Actuator could applied in PCB detection, PCB labeling, Products inside the shielded box up and down loading, multiple assembly lines with various products loading operation, picking, electronic components inspection etc.
