High precision helical gear series (PGH):

adopting a spiral tooth meshing design, the tooth surface contact area is increased by more than 30% compared to spur gears, and the transmission smoothness is significantly enhanced. The operating noise can be reduced to below 60 decibels, which is suitable for scenarios such as CNC machine tool spindles and precision printing equipment that require strict operation quietness and stability.

High precision right angled helical gear series (PG HR):

innovatively integrating a 90 ° right angled transmission structure, it can achieve spatial power reversal without additional steering components, and the transmission efficiency remains above 95%. It is widely used in equipment that requires compact layout, such as robotic arm joints and intelligent storage stackers.

High precision disc output series (PGF/PGFR):

adopting an integrated disc output structure, the output flange accuracy reaches IT5 level, and can be directly rigidly connected to servo motors, ball screws and other components to reduce assembly errors. It is commonly used in conveyor rollers and lithium battery electrode cutting equipment in automated production lines.

High precision spur gear series (PGC/PGE):

Optimized for heavy-duty scenarios, the tooth root strength is strengthened through finite element analysis, with a maximum radial load capacity of 50kN and a stable transmission efficiency of 96% -98%. It is the core transmission component of heavy mining machinery and port lifting equipment.

High precision right angle spur gear series (PG CR/PG ER):

Combining right angle transmission and heavy-duty characteristics, the gear surface is treated with carburizing and quenching technology, and the hardness can reach HRC58-62. It is suitable for rotary mechanisms of construction machinery and power distribution systems of agricultural machinery.
Customized Special Series: Developed high temperature resistant (-40 ℃ to 150 ℃), corrosion-resistant (IP67 protection level), and vacuum adapted products for extreme environmental requirements, meeting the transmission needs of special fields such as aerospace and deep-sea exploration.
