Single side torque arm

in the shape of an "L" or "A", one end is fixed to the reducer housing, and the other end is connected to the equipment frame through bolts, suitable for scenarios where the load direction is fixed (such as horizontal conveyor lines). It can transmit the radial force (such as conveyor belt tension) and overturning moment (such as workpiece eccentric load) borne by the output end of the reducer to the frame, avoiding direct force on the bearings and gears inside the reducer. For example, in a roller conveyor line, a single-sided torque arm can disperse more than 90% of the radial load, reducing the load on the core components of the reducer to a safe range.

Bilateral torque arm

composed of two symmetrical arms distributed on both sides of the reducer, rigidly fixed to the frame through connecting plates, suitable for scenarios with variable load directions or large overturning moments (such as mixing tanks, cranes). The double-sided structure can achieve load dispersion in 360 ° direction, and the anti overturning moment ability is increased by more than 50% compared to single-sided. For example, in a vertical mixing tank, the axial thrust and radial vibration generated by the high-speed rotation of the mixing shaft can be evenly transmitted to the frame through the double-sided torque arms, avoiding bending deformation of the output shaft of the reducer due to uneven force.

Large scale walking machinery drive

used to drive tracks or wheels on construction machinery (such as excavators, pavers), agricultural machinery, or AGV heavy-duty platforms. The walking mechanism will generate huge impacts and frame deformations on bumpy roads, and the installation of torque arms can perfectly absorb these deformations, protecting the reducer from damage.

Mining and port machinery

These devices are large and can withstand heavy loads for a long time, and the installation foundation is inevitably subject to slight deformation. The torque arm design can adapt to this working condition and ensure the reliability of the transmission.
