Its structural design revolves around "coaxial high-precision":
firstly, the axial stacking transmission mechanism, in which planetary transmission and cycloidal pin wheel transmission are arranged in sequence along the axial direction.
Secondly, the integrated sealed housing adopts a cylindrical forging structure, with standardized flanges at both ends, which can directly connect the servo motor and actuator,
The third is to strengthen the cross roller bearings, which are installed axially at the output end and can withstand radial, axial forces and overturning moments.
The core internal structure of RV Coaxial Reducer is consistent with other RV reducers, adopting a two-stage reduction design:
the first stage is a standard involute planetary gear reduction for preliminary speed conversion; The second level is the exquisite cycloidal pinwheel reduction, which is the core to achieve high reduction ratio and ultra-high rigidity. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that this system is perfectly integrated into a coaxial layout. The power is input from the servo motor, and after the first stage deceleration of the sun gear and planetary gear, it drives the crankshaft to rotate, thereby causing the cycloidal rotation to move eccentrically. Ultimately, the low-speed rotation of the cycloidal gear is transmitted through the output mechanism to the output flange or output shaft that is absolutely concentric with the input shaft. The entire power path is in a straight line without any directional deviation.
