Low friction transmission is achieved through the rolling of balls between the screw and nut, with a transmission efficiency of up to 90% -95%, far higher than traditional sliding screws.

 

The outstanding advantage of Ball Screw Driven Modules is high precision, with a repeatability accuracy of usually ± 0.01mm, and some high-end models can reach ± 0.001mm, which can meet the requirements of precision machining, measurement and other scenarios. At the same time, it has strong rigidity and can withstand axial and radial loads, and the load-bearing capacity of large modules can reach several tons. Low noise and minimal wear during operation, coupled with pre tightening design to eliminate gaps and ensure smooth movement without return errors.
