Our Precision linear modules perform all kinds of application in Processing and assembly, such as
Carving Device: Linear modules are used for the moving parts of the main shaft in the engraving device, compact structure, high rigidity saves space.
Component Crimping: linear modules are used in the assembly of the crimping parts, and it has sufficient rigidity against the reaction force during crimping.
Spraying Device: linear modules are used in the spraying device, which has high rigidity, which can reduce the vibration during spraying and spray evenly.
Glue Device: Apply gelatinous material to the coating surface of the work piece. Due to the rigid separation of linear module, the vibration at the tip of the nozzle can be reduced and the productivity can be improved.

Linear bearing corrosion is caused by a variety of internal and external factors, the reasons can be summarized as:
a. Metal surface finish (corrosion of batteries with poor oxygen concentration).
b. The chemical composition and structure of metal materials.
c. The composition of the solution and the pH value in contact with the metal surface;
d. Ambient temperature and humidity.
f. Various environmental media in contact with the metal surface.
g. Human sweat is also the cause of bearing corrosion, its pH value is 5~6. Therefore, in order to prevent corrosion caused by hand sweat, the installation and production personnel should wear gloves and do not touch the linear bearing with their hands.
Use anti-rust oil to prevent rust of linear bearings:
a. Immersion method: Immerse some small linear bearings in anti-rust grease. By controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust oil, the thickness of the oil film can be achieved. Method of applying anti-rust grease on the surface.
b. Brushing method: When brushing, pay attention to evenly apply on the surface of the linear bearing to avoid accumulation and prevent coating leakage.
c. Spraying method: Some large anti-rust materials are not suitable for oiling by dipping method. Filtered compressed air is generally used, with a pressure of about 0.7mpa, sprayed in clean air. The spray method is suitable for solvent dilution anti-rust oil or thin layer anti-rust oil. This method must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.
Linear bearing surface derusting pretreatment method:
a. Surface cleaning: When cleaning, the performance of the linear bearing surface and the conditions at that time must be combined. Common methods include solvent cleaning, mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning.
b. After the surface is dry and clean, it can be blown dry with filtered dry compressed air. Or use a dryer to the temperature of 120~170℃, and finally dry with clean gauze.
