Hermetic Sealed Linear Modules,also named as fully sealed linear modules, are linear motion devices with high air tightness protection capability. It isolates external environmental factors through strict sealing design, achieving high-precision and long-life linear motion. Hermetic Sealed Linear Modules are suitable for special scenarios with extremely high requirements for cleanliness and protection.

From the perspective of working principle, Hermetic Sealed Linear Modules adopts a dual system collaborative mechanism of "protection+transmission".

On the one hand, the transmission system converts the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion through components such as ball screws and synchronous belts, driving the load to achieve precise displacement;

On the other hand, the fully sealed casing and multiple sealing structures form a physical barrier to prevent substances such as gases, liquids, and dust from entering the interior, ensuring that the transmission components operate in a stable environment. Taking vacuum environment applications as an example, the sealing structure of the module can maintain the internal vacuum degree, avoiding the infiltration of external air and affecting the process accuracy.

In terms of structural design, Hermetic Sealed Linear Modules mainly consist of three parts.

Sealed shells are usually made of integrated stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy materials, and the joints of the shell are treated with laser welding or high-precision mechanical sealing technology to ensure zero leakage; The surface is equipped with a special coating to enhance its anti-corrosion ability.

Sealed transmission components, using specially designed sealed bearings and dust-proof guide slides, synchronous belts and pulleys undergo special surface treatment to reduce the generation of wear debris; If ball screw transmission is used, dust-proof sealing rings will be installed at both ends of the screw nut.

The airtight connection system includes dedicated airtight cable joints and sealed motor mounting seats to prevent electrical components from coming into contact with the outside world. Some high-end models are also equipped with pressure monitoring devices to detect the sealing status in real time.
