Linear Belt Drive module is an integrated linear motion unit based on modular design concept, which deeply integrates the driving, transmission, and guidance functions into standardized components, specially designed for the rapid construction of automation systems. Its core lies in reducing the technical threshold through pre assembly design, allowing users to achieve precise linear motion without complex debugging, and widely applicable to industrial automation, intelligent devices, and customized mechanical scenarios.
Linear Belt Drive module adopts a "fully integrated pre debugging" design, and the core components include:
1). Integrated Drive Transmission Unit:
Built in servo/stepper motor and active pulley, paired with high-strength synchronous belt (polyurethane+steel wire core), transmission efficiency reaches 92%, tooth meshing error ≤ 0.02mm, ensuring no slip power transmission. Motor integrated driver, supporting pulse signal or bus control (such as EtherCAT), with positioning accuracy up to ± 0.1mm (standard), high-end models can be equipped with grating ruler up to ± 0.01mm level.
2). Precision Guidance System:
Adopting ball linear guide, the dynamic load of the slider is ≤ 50kg, the straightness error is ≤ 0.03mm/m, and with the help of self-lubricating slider, the maintenance cycle is extended to over 2000 hours.
3). Standardized interface design:
The aluminum base comes with T-shaped slots and screw holes, supporting quick 90 °/180 ° splicing between modules, with a maximum single axis travel of up to 6 meters (maintaining rigidity through relay supports).
Reserved M6/M8 mounting holes at the end, compatible with suction cups, grippers, sensors and other actuator components for plug and play use.
4). Intelligent expansion function:
Integrated limit switch and origin sensor, some models have built-in motion controllers, supporting preset modes such as multi-stage speed and round-trip loop, and can run without programming.
