Linear Actuator with Position Feedback adds a position feedback system on top of the basic structure (drive motor, transmission mechanism, guide rail slider), mainly including sensors and controllers. Common position sensors include grating rulers, magnetic grating rulers, encoders, etc. They collect real-time displacement data of the slider and feed back the signal to the controller. The controller dynamically adjusts the motor speed and direction based on the deviation between the preset position parameters and feedback data, forming a closed-loop control process of "detection feedback correction", thereby accurately regulating the position and motion state of the actuator.

In practical applications, Linear Actuator with Position Feedback is widely used in fields such as chip mounting in electronic manufacturing, precision radiotherapy equipment for medical devices, and CNC machining of aerospace components. However, it also has issues such as high costs (about 30% increase in sensor and control system costs) and complex installation and debugging.
