DA Cam indexer is an ultra-thin desktop cam indexing drive. DA Cam Indexer is a mechanical intermittent motion mechanism mainly used in automation equipment to achieve high-precision and high rigidity indexing positioning. It converts the continuous rotational motion of the motor into precise intermittent indexing motion through cam roller engagement, and is widely used in automation equipment such as machine tools, packaging machines, assembly lines, etc.

 

DA Cam Indexer is a lightweight, high-speed, and cost-effective cam indexing solution, particularly suitable for low to medium load automation equipment such as electronic assembly, packaging, and inspection. Its mechanical high rigidity structure ensures long-term stability, while the optimized cam curve provides smooth and low-noise motion characteristics. When selecting, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as division angle, load, and speed to ensure the best match with application requirements.

 

Structural Features

Its design is similar to the DT desktop splitter, with a protruding fixed disk surface and a large aperture hollow shaft at the output end, which can be installed with a rotating turntable and a static turntable. Static automation peripheral equipment can place the power source's electrical, oil, and gas pipelines in large hollow holes, saving installation space for the entire machine.

There are usually multiple specifications such as 70DA, 90DA, 110DA, 150DA, 190DA, 230DA, 330DA, 450DA, etc. These specifications are divided based on the axis center distance between the input shaft and the output shaft.
