DE Cam Indexer is a type of Cam Indexing drive, whose output shaft is in the form of a shaft with keyway and flange surface output. This structure allows it to achieve tight shaft connection transmission through keyway like a spindle type splitter, and also has the characteristics of flange surface output, making it convenient to connect couplings, turntables, flange sleeves and other components for fixation. It can also connect sprockets, timing wheels, gears and other components to achieve different transmission requirements, suitable for heavy-duty rotation positioning.

 

The output shaft of DE Cam Indexer is a shaft with keyway and flange surface for output, Suitable for heavy-duty rotating positioning and various disc assembly machines. The output shaft can be directly driven or connected to couplings, turntables, flange sleeves, sprockets, timing wheels, gears, and other fixed components.

 

What is the mechanical structure of DE Cam Indexer:

4).Maintenance free feature: The meshing surface between the internal roller bearing and the cam is specially lubricated, and the service life can reach more than 100000 hours under normal working conditions, without frequent maintenance.
