The output shaft of DF Cam Indexer is designed with a flange, featuring a flange center, screw holes on the disc surface, and locating pin holes. The fixing surface is wide, making the connection more secure and stable. This structure enables it to withstand large vertical radial or axial forces and has heavy load characteristics.

What is the working principle and Typical applications of DF Cam Indexer?

The working principle of DF Cam Indexer is similar to other cam dividers. It relies on the seamless fit between the cam and the needle roller bearing to move according to the predetermined cam curve. Input continuous rotational drive, drive the needle roller bearing through the cam profile, and achieve intermittent rotational motion of the output shaft, which can output precise indexing motion.

Working Principle

Dividing stage

Complete the intermittent motion of "rotation pause", with a division accuracy of ± 30 arcsec.
