Hollow Rotary Inspection Table is a high-precision rotary positioning device designed specifically for precision inspection scenarios. 

 

The design of Hollow Rotary Inspection Table revolves entirely around three principles: precision, stability, and non-interference. The empty structure is the core of achieving interference free detection: on the one hand, it allows camera cables, light source harnesses, etc. to pass through it, avoiding the impact of cable entanglement on measurement continuity and equipment life during rotation; On the other hand, more importantly, it provides an unobstructed observation path for the top-down visual system. The camera can be fixed and directly capture the bottom features of the rotating workpiece from above the center hole of the platform, achieving full angle coverage detection of a single workstation.

1. What is the general control range for roundness error of hollow aperture?

2. Are there dust/sealing devices at both ends of the hollow structure?
     Yes, manufacturers install labyrinth seals or rubber lip seals at both ends. These seals block dust and moisture. Some designs add O-rings or metal shields for higher protection (IP54/IP65).

 

3. Can the hollow part of the hollow rotating platform withstand axial forces?
