The design of Hollow Rotary Inspection Table revolves entirely around three principles: precision, stability, and non-interference. The empty structure is the core of achieving interference free detection: on the one hand, it allows camera cables, light source harnesses, etc. to pass through it, avoiding the impact of cable entanglement on measurement continuity and equipment life during rotation; On the other hand, more importantly, it provides an unobstructed observation path for the top-down visual system. The camera can be fixed and directly capture the bottom features of the rotating workpiece from above the center hole of the platform, achieving full angle coverage detection of a single workstation.
