Stainless Steel Electric Actuator is precision electromechanical devices designed specifically for harsh environments. By combining the corrosion resistance and high strength characteristics of stainless steel materials with electric drive technology, they achieve reliable linear or rotational motion control under harsh working conditions. They are widely used in fields such as chemical, marine, food and medicine that require high corrosion resistance.

 

The core working principle of Stainless Steel Electric Actuator is the same as that of a regular electric actuator, which is powered by an electric motor (usually a servo or stepper motor), and reduced in speed and torque through transmission mechanisms such as gearboxes or screws (which may be ball screws or trapezoidal screws), ultimately outputting precise linear thrust or rotational torque. Its uniqueness lies in the excellent performance brought by its "stainless steel" characteristics:

1). Unparalleled corrosion resistance: Made of 304 or 316/316L stainless steel as the material for key components such as the housing, spindle, and push rod. This enables it to effectively resist the erosion of various corrosive media such as water vapor, rainwater, seawater, chemicals, acidic and alkaline solutions, cleaning disinfectants, etc., fundamentally avoiding the corrosion problem of ordinary carbon steel materials.

2). Extremely high protection level: It is usually equipped with high protection levels such as IP66, IP67, or IP69K, which means it can completely prevent dust from entering and withstand strong water spray or high-temperature and high-pressure water flow flushing. This enables it to perfectly cope with the CIP (In Situ Cleaning) process in the food and beverage industry and outdoor dusty and rainy environments.

3). Meeting hygiene industry standards: Its smooth surface, no dead corners design, and easy to clean characteristics comply with strict hygiene industry standards such as FDA, EHEDG, 3-A, etc., preventing bacterial growth. It is the first choice for fields with extremely high hygiene requirements such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

4).
