The working principle of Telescopic Screw Drive is based on the basic principle of screw transmission, which is to drive the nut to make linear motion along the axis direction of the screw through the rotation of the screw. When the motor or other power source drives the screw to rotate, the nut undergoes axial displacement under the action of the thread. In the transmission of telescopic screw, due to the existence of telescopic mechanism, the linear motion of the nut is further converted into the extension or contraction action of the telescopic joint. For example, in a multi-stage nested telescopic screw, when the innermost screw rotates, the nut that matches it drives the first section of the telescopic joint to extend; As the first expansion joint extends, the next stage screw connected to it begins to rotate, pushing the second expansion joint to extend, and so on, achieving multi-level expansion and contraction of the entire device. During this process, the retraction action of the expansion joint can be achieved by controlling the rotation direction of the screw. At the same time, with the speed regulation function of the motor and precise control system, the rotation speed and number of turns of the screw can be accurately controlled, thereby achieving precise adjustment of the telescopic stroke and speed.
Telescopic Screw Drive combines multi-level nested structure and precision transmission technology, breaking through the spatial limitations of traditional linear motion devices and providing innovative solutions for large stroke and high-precision applications.
