Heavy Duty Linear Motion Module is an integrated linear transmission system designed to withstand extreme loads and harsh working conditions, capable of achieving precise and stable linear motion in high load and high impact environments. Heavy Duty Linear Motion Moduleis a core executing component in heavy industrial automation. Its core feature is the combination of super strong load-bearing capacity (static load can reach tens of tons), high rigidity, and long service life, which can maintain motion accuracy in continuous high-intensity operations.

The working principle of Heavy Duty Linear Motion Module is based on a dual mechanism of power conversion and rigid guidance:

the driving unit (mostly high-power servo motors or hydraulic motors) outputs power, which is converted into linear motion through heavy-duty ball screws, gear racks, or hydraulic cylinders;

The guiding system (such as a four column roller guide) disperses the load through multiple contact points, limiting the motion trajectory to only along a straight line, while resisting lateral forces and overturning moments, ensuring no significant deformation under high loads.

The structure of Heavy Duty Linear Motion Modules centered around high-strength design:

The transmission unit adopts large-diameter ball screws (diameter ≥ 30mm) or forged steel gears and racks, matched with reinforced couplings;

The guiding unit is a heavy-duty roller guide rail, and the contact area between the slider and the guide rail is 3-5 times that of a regular guide rail, significantly improving the load-bearing capacity;

The base frame is made of cast iron or high-strength alloy steel, and reinforced ribs are added to key parts, with a bending strength of several hundred MPa;

The auxiliary system includes metal dust covers, impact limiters, and centralized lubrication devices, which are suitable for harsh environments such as dust, high temperatures, and vibrations.
