Taking HepcoMotion's SBD sealed belt driven actuator as an example, it adopts high-strength steel reinforced toothed belt, which can provide a driving force of up to 3300N, and is equipped with Hepco LBG precision retainer linear ball guide, with a dynamic load capacity of 52100N. Its shell is an anodized aluminum beam, completely sealed by stainless steel belt, which can effectively prevent dust and debris from entering, suitable for normal and dirty environments.

In terms of working principle, Sealed Belt Driven Actuator rotates the pulley through the motor, and uses the friction between the belt and the pulley to drive the sliding seat connected to the belt to make precise linear motion along the linear guide rail. At the same time, the sealed structure ensures that the internal transmission components are not affected by external pollutants.

Sealed Belt Driven Actuator has many advantages. It has the characteristics of high speed and long stroke, with a speed of up to 4m/s and a stroke that can be customized according to needs, with a maximum length of 6 meters or even longer.
