ROTARY Tables by Multi Conveyor is a rotary worktable series launched by TallMan, which is primarily used for material sorting and caching. It is a key equipment for automated production lines in industries such as food and beverage, packaging, etc.
This series mainly includes two types: sorting type and caching type, made of carbon steel or stainless steel material, with countertop diameters ranging from 30 inches to 60 inches, supporting customized sizes and adapting to different specifications of workpieces. Its core advantage lies in its flexible adaptability, which can handle containers of various materials and sizes. Through flexible guide arms, bulk materials are sorted and transported in a single row in an orderly manner. The buffer type can achieve temporary storage and smooth transportation of materials, and with the help of DC or variable frequency controllers, the speed can be flexibly adjusted.
In terms of design, stainless steel countertops are paired with processed backboards to ensure flatness. Some models are equipped with smooth edged bowl shaped countertops, which are easy to manually pack and closely connected to the incoming and outgoing conveyors, achieving seamless transportation. Widely used in label pasting, bottle cap inspection, manual packing and other processes, it can not only improve material conveying efficiency, but also ensure the continuity and stability of the production process.
