RV Rotary Vector Reducer is a high-precision, high rigidity two-stage rotary vector reducer, named "Rotary Vector" after its unique principle of rotary vector transmission. As the core component of industrial robot joints, it achieves precise motion control with high reduction ratio and high torque through a two-stage transmission structure of planetary gears and cycloidal pinwheels.

RV Rotary Vector Reducer is a high-precision reduction device consisting of a planetary gear reduction mechanism and a cycloidal pinwheel reduction mechanism.

The first stage of RV Rotary Vector Reducer is planetary gear transmission, consisting of a sun gear, planet gears, and ring gear. The sun gear drives the planet gears to rotate around the ring gear, achieving initial deceleration, with a speed ratio typically ranging from 3 to 10 times. The second stage of the RV Rotary Vector reducer is a cycloidal pinwheel drive, where the planetary gear drives the cycloidal gear to rotate through an eccentric shaft. The cycloidal gear meshes with the needle teeth. Due to the special shape of the cycloidal gear, the actual output angle is much smaller than the input angle for each rotation, completing a second reduction and achieving a speed ratio of 30 to 100 times.
