Vertical closed-loop path

The overall structure consists of a vertical lifting section, a top curved turning section, a vertical descending section, and a bottom curved turning section, forming a "vertical closed-loop". The material is transported upwards along the vertical track to the top, then turned by the curved section and transported downwards along the other side of the track. Finally, it returns to the starting point through the bottom curved section, completing the cycle. The path shape may be a vertical projection of a circle, ellipse, or square, but the core is "up and down reciprocating+closed-loop loop".

Drive and transmission system

usually using chains, synchronous belts, screws or gear racks as transmission media, driven by motors to drive the driving wheels/sprockets or drive screws, driving the load-bearing components (such as pallets, baskets, and tooling racks) to move along vertical tracks.
