Washer Resistant Linear Module

Washer Resistance Linear Module is a linear motion device designed specifically for high-frequency, high-intensity liquid flushing environments. It can withstand continuous high-pressure water flow (usually pressure ≥ 50 bar), high-temperature water (60-90 ℃), and direct flushing of chemical cleaning agents (such as acid and alkali solutions), with a protection level of up to IP69K (the highest industrial protection level, able to resist high-temperature and high-pressure water spray), while maintaining high-precision motion performance. Washer Resistance Linear Module is a core automation component in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical that require strict hygiene control.

Working principle of Washer Resistance Linear Module:

Based on the collaborative mechanism of "dynamic sealing+structural corrosion resistance": the motor-driven ball screw or belt transmission system converts rotational motion into linear motion, driving the load to translate along the guide rail. The flushing resistance is achieved through a triple design:

1. Fully enclosed structure: The moving parts (screw, guide rail) are wrapped in a seamless shell, with only the slider and load connection exposed, and the connection is sealed with an embedded seal;

2. High pressure sealing technology: The shaft end adopts a stepped combination seal (such as PTFE lip ring+spring pre tightening structure), which can withstand water flow impact without leakage;

3. Material corrosion resistance: Components that come into contact with water should be made of 316 stainless steel (acid and alkali resistant) and food grade plastic (such as POM). The surface should be electrolytic polished (to reduce bacterial growth gaps) to avoid corrosion or rust contamination during the flushing process.

Structural composition of Washer Resistance Linear Module:

Transmission core: Washer Resistance Linear Module often uses all stainless steel ball screws (corrosion-resistant) or synchronous belts (with stainless steel pulleys) to ensure that there are no residual pollutants during flushing.

Guidance system: stainless steel linear guide rail+sealed slider, with a built-in lubricating grease chamber (including food grade lubricating grease) to avoid lubrication failure caused by flushing.

Protective shell: integral stainless steel casting shell (without splicing gaps), with rounded corners to reduce dead corners caused by water accumulation, and a drainage hole at the bottom for quick drainage of flushing water.

Drive module: Equipped with a waterproof servo motor (IP69K rating), the motor and module are connected through a stainless steel coupling, and the cables are protected with corrosion-resistant corrugated pipes.
