Belt Driven Actuator is an automation core component based on synchronous belt transmission technology, which drives the synchronous belt through a motor to achieve linear reciprocating motion or precise positioning of the load. Its core advantage lies in combining high-speed transmission with economic cost, becoming the preferred solution for light load automation scenarios, widely used in industries, logistics, medical and other fields.
When Belt Driven Actuator is working, the motor drives the active pulley to rotate, and the synchronous belt drives the slider to move in a straight line along the guide rail. The stroke is determined by the length of the belt, and the highest linear velocity can reach 5m/s, with an acceleration of 2m/s ², meeting the high-speed dynamic response requirements.
