Its core feature is the use of a scalable multi-stage sleeve or push rod, which maintains a compact volume in the initial state and outputs linear displacement far beyond its own contraction length through step-by-step extension during operation.

 

A Telescopic Linear Actuator is a multi-level nested linear motion device that achieves ultra long travel in a compact installation space through a sleeve that extends or retracts section by section (similar to a telescope structure). Telescopic Linear Actuator is "small volume, large travel", widely used in scenarios that require large-scale scalability but limited installation space.

 

Structurally, Telescopic Linear Actuator usually consists of a drive source (such as a motor, hydraulic or pneumatic device), multi-stage telescopic sleeves (fixed on the outer layer and sliding on the inner layer), transmission mechanisms (such as screws, gears or racks), and guide components.
