XY Gantry System is composed of a classic gantry style mechanical structure. Its core is a sturdy portal frame, typically composed of a highly rigid crossbeam (acting as the Y-axis) and columns or bases supported on both sides. A slider carrying end effectors such as laser heads, vision cameras, and dispensing valves is precisely installed on the Y-axis crossbeam as the X-axis. Through linear interpolation motion on the X and Y axes, the system can accurately locate any point on the work plane. This symmetrical closed frame structure provides unparalleled mechanical stability, effectively suppressing vibrations and deformations generated during high-speed motion, laying the physical foundation for ultra precision operations.
