3 Axis Cartesian Robot operates based on a Cartesian coordinate system, consisting of three mutually perpendicular linear axes X, Y, and Z. It is driven by servo motors to achieve precise linear motion along the three axes using ball screws or linear guides. The repeatability accuracy can usually reach ± 0.01- ± 0.1 millimeters, which can meet various precision operation requirements. Its open modular design allows users to flexibly adjust the travel range and load capacity according to actual working conditions. The maximum single axis load can be expanded from a few kilograms to hundreds of kilograms, suitable for production scenarios of different scales.

 

The control system is the core of the 3 Axis Cartesian Robot. Through PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or dedicated motion controller, combined with G-code programming, operators can easily set motion trajectories and job parameters.
