Multi Axis Electric Linear Robot Actuator is based on a linear motion axis and can be combined with multiple axes such as X, Y, Z to form a Cartesian coordinate system. Each axis adopts the classic transmission structure of "servo motor+ball screw/linear guide". The high-precision linear guide ensures that the motion straightness error is ≤ 0.02mm/m. The pitch error compensation technology of the ball screw pair enables its positioning accuracy to reach ± 0.01- ± 0.05mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy to reach ± 0.005mm, meeting the requirements of micrometer level precision operations. Modular design allows for the expansion of single axis travel from 200mm to over 5000mm, with a maximum single axis load of up to 500kg. When combined with multiple axes, Multi Axis Electric Linear Robot Actuator can carry tonnage weight and is suitable for all scenarios from small assembly to heavy handling. The fuselage is made of aviation grade aluminum alloy or cast iron material, combined with clearance nuts and pre tightening structures, effectively suppressing motion vibration and ensuring stability during high-speed operation (up to a maximum speed of 2000mm/s). Multi Axis Electric Linear Robot Actuator is equipped with a fully closed-loop servo control system, which collects real-time feedback signals from the grating ruler or encoder through servo drivers to achieve position, velocity, and torque closed-loop control. The multi axis motion controller supports industrial bus protocols such as EtherCAT and Modbus, and can synchronously control the coordinated motion of 4-32 axes, completing complex trajectory planning such as linear interpolation and circular interpolation. The built-in collision detection algorithm combined with force control sensors (optional) can trigger an emergency stop within 0.1ms when the contact force exceeds the threshold, ensuring the safety of human-machine cooperation. At the programming level, G-code instructions and graphical programming interfaces (HMI) are supported, allowing engineers to pre validate motion paths through offline simulation software and shorten on-site debugging time.
